Meet Our Team
As President, Rhett is responsible for business development, financial planning, investor relations and the supervision of all the firm’s operations. He also provides oversight to IDP’s development activities which includes financing, project execution and community engagement. Rhett’s extensive experience in utilizing multiple tax credit programs, complex financial structures and public-private partnerships has led to IDP’s growth into multiple sectors of the real estate industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA) and the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition (GAHC). Rhett is proud alumni of The University of Georgia, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Before her role as a principal at IDP, Christine worked for over 15 years in investment banking, with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company; Merchant Capital, LLC; and George K Baum. Her banking expertise and emphasis in Education have proved invaluable to IDP, as she has worked with public and private universities nationwide to evaluate debt capacity, develop debt strategies, and shape policies for capital needs including privatized modeling and structures. Christine has extensive experience in evaluating an array of education credits, and she has more than 25 years of analytical experience in public finance. Chris and her family enjoy finding new adventures in their Airstream Travel Trailer.
Steve is responsible for overseeing all IDP’s financial objectives. This includes short and long - term strategic financial planning, management of financial risk, budgeting and financial reporting. Additionally, he oversees all aspects of IDP’s affordable housing developments. Over the last 16 years, Steve has arranged and closed over $1 billion in real estate finance and overseen the disposition of over $350 million of real estate assets. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Valdosta State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting.
Debbie supports the Chief Operating Officer in ensuring that all the operations, financial reporting, asset management, and leasing for IDP are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Debbie is a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force. She also graduated from the University of Maryland University College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Forensic Investigations and received her Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting from Liberty University.
Ryan is primarily responsible for real estate development and new business development in the Louisiana region. He also supports the asset management team in overseeing the eight properties IDP Properties has in Louisiana. Throughout his career, Bates has successfully completed $85MM of Historic Federal and State Tax credit transactions in New Orleans, LA since 2015. These developments focus on historic adaptive reuse and new construction in New Orleans. His previous developments include hotels, commercial short-term rentals, multi-family residential, affordable housing, condominiums, restaurants, and retail. Ryan has also completed opportunity zone transactions centered around real estate development while leveraging incentives such as loss development rights, façade easements and conservation easements. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Morehouse College.
Carter is responsible for leading strategic growth for IDP’s market rate development business. His primary responsibilities include identifying and underwriting investment opportunities, utilizing complex financial structures to secure capital, managing entitlements, and marketing the delivery of commercial, mixed-use, and residential properties. He also served as an adjunct professor at The University of Georgia, where he taught Intro to Property Management and Leasing Strategies in Residential Property Management. Carter holds a Masters of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University as well as a bachelor’s degree with a major in Housing from the University of Georgia.
Elizabeth assists our development team in preparing applications, project underwriting, financial due diligence, market research, and project management. Elizabeth is a veteran who served in the United States Air Force as a Knowledge Operations Manager and worked for 5 years as a Data Analyst for an automotive marketing software company.
Alan is responsible for the management of IDP’s construction process. He is involved in all aspects of the construction process from predevelopment to the successful delivery of the project. Alan has nearly 20 years of construction experience including preconstruction, estimating, negotiating contracts, design management and executive project management for commercial and residential projects. Alan maintains relationships with general contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure that IDP delivers projects on schedule and within budget. Alan is currently managing multiple historic adaptive reuse projects with budgets ranging from $2 million to $37 million. He has previously served as a construction safety instructor for multiple state and local governments throughout Georgia and Florida.
Blake handles coordinating, planning, and reporting all financial activities for IDP Properties and its entities. He also handles all project funding requests during construction and other financial information as required by investors and lenders. Blake’s experience includes serving as a senior accountant in a large manufacturing facility, as well as property management accounting experience with a portfolio of 26 HUD properties. Blake graduated from Valdosta State University with a Master of Business Administration degree as well as bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark handles the accounts payable transactions for the properties during the development stages at IDP. He is also responsible for preparing and submitting monthly draw requests for projects under development. Mark’s experiences include serving as a Finance Clerk at South Health District, as well as a Staff Accountant at Lincoln Realty. He graduated from Valdosta State University with a Master of Business Administration as well as a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Bradford is responsible for the review and analysis of our property financial reporting to provide reporting to our lender / investor group and our property management team. This includes the preparation of our annual property budgets and the calculation of property distributions and valuations. Additionally, he prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses that assess the overall financial health of IDP’s portfolio. Prior to joining IDP, Bradford served as a Mortgage Loan Officer. He holds a bachelor's degree from Valdosta State University in Business Management.
Jed manages the financial activity for all properties that we have under management with Integrity Management Company. He maintains the general ledgers, reviews financial statements, prepares financial reports, assists with audits and budgeting processes, as well as reconciles accounts. He has over eight years of experience in property management financials. Jed holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Georgia Southwestern State University.
Branden primary responsibility is to support the Regional Property Manager. In this role he is responsible for entering charges and receipts into our property management software. Additionally he oversees resident services and social media content at the property level. Branden has a strong background in customer service and uses those skills to ensure our residents have a positive experience while renting with IDP.
Reese serves as the Regional Director of Property Management for IDP and is responsible for the property management activities, duties, and functions of all properties managed by Integrity Management Company. She is responsible for establishing IDP’s residential property management procedures and manages the day-to-day operations for all IDP-owned properties nationwide. She has over 20 years’ experience in property management. Reese is a certified occupancy specialist as well as a housing credit certified professional. In addition to her vast experience in property management, Reese is also the Founder of The Rehobeth Center, an organization that was designed to assist single mothers with housing and parenting skills.
Dennille is responsible for public relations and marketing for IDP. In this role, she ensures IDP’s brand and marketing message is clearly defined as we expand into new communities as well as existing markets. Prior to joining IDP, Dennille served as Executive Director for a Chamber of Commerce where she provided community public relations, marketing, economic development, and retail recruitment. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Hospitality Management and Special Event Planning.
Sheryta serves as the Compliance Specialist at IDP Properties, ensuring adherence to regulatory agreements and affordable housing programs. She collaborates with various departments, calculates income and rent limits, and conducts file reviews. Sheryta’s experiences include 14 years in Property Management and Real Estate. She graduated from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland with a degree in Marketing and also obtained her HCCP license. Within IDP, Sheryta also coordinates compliance inspections with external agencies, communicates with site staff, and performs site contributing to high compliance standards.
As the IT Generalist, Tyler is responsible for supporting all technology software and programs used by the IDP corporate team and project management staff. His vast IT experience includes work in the medical information technology field and as a Google IT agent. Tyler graduated from Southern Regional Technical College with his Associate in Networking and is currently working on his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Valdosta State University.
Mara manages accounts payable transactions and is responsible for processing all invoices submitted for payment by IDP Team. She supports the controller in accounting functions and assists with other projects as requested. Mara has 22 years of experience in recruiting and Human Resources. She is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
Bobby Willis serves as the Director of Community Partnerships, reinforcing our commitment to improving the lives of residents and the communities they call home. Bobby brings a wealth of experience and community relationships, having most recently served as the Director of the Southeast Georgia Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Bobby leads IDP’s outreach programs. This includes partnering with local organizations with our property managers and residents throughout IDP’s portfolio of properties to promote and organize events with the goal of making a positive impact on our communities and residents. In addition to his work at the property level, he serves as an additional resource and liaison on behalf of IDP our local community.
